Our Story
A Little Magic, Baked with Love
The story behind Wonderland Whisk — a home kitchen, a dream, and a whole lot of butter.
How It All Began
Wonderland Whisk started the way most good things do — with a craving and a quiet Saturday morning. I'd been baking scones for friends and neighbors for years, tucking them into little boxes tied with ribbon, watching people's faces light up at the first bite.
What began as a hobby slowly became something more. Neighbors started putting in requests. Friends asked for boxes for their book clubs, their brunches, their birthday mornings. And somewhere between the flour and the butter, a little bakery was born.
Every item that leaves my kitchen is made by hand, in small batches, with ingredients I'd be happy to eat myself. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just honest, from-scratch baking the way it was always meant to be.
What We Believe In
Made with Intention
Every scone and koloche is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand. We never rush the process — good things take time.
Real Ingredients
Organic butter, fresh eggs, locally sourced honey, and seasonal fruit. We keep it simple because simple is delicious.
Home Kitchen Roots
We bake from a licensed home kitchen — small, personal, and full of warmth. You're not ordering from a factory; you're ordering from a neighbor.
A Little Bit of Wonder
Baking should feel magical — for the baker and the person eating. We put that joy into every single batch.
Meet the Baker
Welcome to Wonderland
I'm the one-man show behind Wonderland Whisk. My Chesire kitchen always smells like something magical.
I spent years refining my recipes before finally deciding to share them with my community. This bakery is my love letter to the people who believe that a really good scone can make any morning better.
When I'm not baking, you'll find me at the farmers market hunting for the best seasonal fruit, or curled up with a cup of Earl Grey. Thank you for supporting a small, home-grown dream.
